We utilize cutting edge computer software in tandem with conventional CADD programs to create realistic images of the conceptual project design.

GREAT FALLS , VA

Screened porch with open deck area around the porch.

This porch and deck is constructed using mahogany for flooring, rough

cedar for roof framing and PVC trim boards and mouldings. Custom made removable screen frames make replacing a damaged screen easy.

The cooking center contains a grill, refrigerator and granite counters. A

small area under the porch utilizes a dry system with beadboard ceiling

for an exterior door.

CATHARPIN, VA

This open-air pavilion is framed with cedar beams and has a grilling center and built-in stone seat walls.

The ceiling is also the roof sheathing, made from select tongue and groove 2x6 fir. The cooking areas counter top is ceramic tile.

OAK HILL , VA

This pool pavilion with fireplace has an automated retractable screen system that makes it's functionality even greater!

The columns were custom cut to accomodate the screen system. The cedar rafters and fir ceiling were sealed with a very lightly tinted sealer to accentuate the natural beauty of the wood.
